Fluent in English both Written and Reading (min. B2 Upper Intermediate is a MUST)

Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE 24/7 including Weekend and Public Holiday
Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA

Responsibilities
Answering incoming chats, calls and respond to emails
Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
Handle Customer Inquiries by Call
Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
Complete All Chat Logs
Updating customers profile into computer
Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
Performance Incentive.
Salary UMR Plus.

BPJS and BPJSTK.
Shifting Allowance (as the position requires shifting schedules).
