Job Description

Develop and implement integrated Marketing Communication (MarCom) strategies for all Dermaesthetics Group brands. Manage and oversee branding, public relations (PR), campaigns, digital marketing, social media, influencer/KOL, and event marketing activities, as well as all marketing activities. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all communication channels. Collaborate with internal teams and all divisions to support business growth and external partners. Manage agencies (creative, PR, digital, KOL, etc) and external vendors. Analyze campaign performance and compile data-driven evaluation reports (ROI, engagement, brand awareness, ROAS,

Conversion , etc). Manage the Marketing Communication budget effectively and efficiently. Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Marketing Communication team. Align business results with marketing communication strategies, targets, and cost efficiency. Make data-driven decisions and deliver measurable impact on division and company performance. Qualifications:

Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication/Business/Public Relations/Branding (Master's degree is a plus). Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Marketing Communication/Brand/ ntegrated Marketing. Minimum 3–5 years of team leadership experience (Manager/Head level). Experience in handling multi-brands or group companies is an added value. Experience in developing and executing Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). Proficient in Brand strategy & positioning, Campaign planning & execution (ATL, BTL, Digital), Digital marketing & performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, etc), social media & content strategy. Proficient in KOL / Influencer & PR management. Able to read and analyze Engagement, Reach, Conversion, CAC, ROI, and Brand Awareness data, ROAS, etc. Experienced in managing large-scale marketing budgets and performing cost optimization. Possess strong strategic thinking & decision-making skills. Accustomed to compiling annual marketing plans, quarterly campaigns, and brand roadmaps. Able to build, develop, and evaluate MarCom team structures. Accustomed to working with strict business targets and timelines. Experience in the Aesthetic Clinic/Beauty/Skincare/Healthcare/Medical/Wellness/FMCG/Lifestyle/Consumer Brand industry. Creative, adaptive, and have a strong sense of branding. Communicative, collaborative, and have leadership presence. Able to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Passionate about the beauty & aesthetic industry. Has a portfolio of national/large-scale campaigns. Accustomed to leading teams of 10–30+ people. Understands marketing communication regulations in the health & beauty industry. Accustomed to collaborating with doctors, medical experts, and key opinion leaders. Able to handle potential risks quickly and effectively.
