Why This Role Matters As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our merchants and users. Your work ensures that clients have a smooth, professional experience with PayNex’s wallet and custody services, helping us maintain trust and satisfaction with global customers. By providing timely support, documenting feedback, and improving processes, you’ll play a key role in scaling our operations and supporting our growth in the blockchain and digital asset space.

What You’ll Own Customer Inquiry Handling:

Respond promptly to customer and merchant inquiries via live chat and email on wallet operations, payments, transactions, reconciliation, and product usage. Issue Documentation & Cross-Team Collaboration:

Record customer feedback accurately and collaborate with technical and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently. Product Knowledge & Skill Development:

Participate in training on wallet systems, custody processes, blockchain payments, and product workflows; gradually handle more complex cases independently. FAQ & Process Optimization:

Identify recurring user issues, assist in creating FAQs and support documentation, and help improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Internet, Finance, Marketing, or related fields Proficient in

English and Mandarin

for regional collaboration and cross-border communication Strong interest in fintech, blockchain, or digital payments, with a desire to grow into a customer service expert Positive attitude, responsible, detail-oriented, and proficient in office software Ability to work in a shift-based schedule

Preferred: Experience in e-commerce, payment, fintech, or after-sales customer support Additional language proficiency and experience supporting overseas clients Familiarity with ticketing systems or backend operational systems
