Responsibilities
Pre-Commissioning Engineer as a technical liaison
Review and understand pre-commissioning philosophies, method statements, procedures, and P&ID diagrams from installation contractors and subcontractors.
Oversee preparation and mobilization of pre-commissioning equipment and readiness.
Supervise offshore operations onboard installation vessels and on-site.
Participate in operational readiness meetings.
Approve and drive adjustments to contractor execution plans.
Ensure quality, methodology, and planning meet Client’s standards and expectations.
Conduct targeted self‑verification and inspection/testing oversight.
Coordinate internally with Client’s project team to align activities with schedule and expectations.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering
Minimum 15 years in pre‑commissioning (engineering and offshore execution).
Strong knowledge in pipeline (contractor pre‑commissioning engineer) pre‑commissioning philosophies, methodologies, and engineering design.
Experience in hydraulic and electrical testing and skilled in preparation and execution, including vessel mobilization.
Experience in managing EPCI contractors.
Familiar with international offshore standards, procedures, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
Willing to be placed in Head Office, Fabrication or Site area
