Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Tender Support Manager with procurement experience who can manage direct/indirect supplier sourcing.

Responsibilities

Analyze tenders posted on the platform and identify suitable suppliers.

Reach out to potential suppliers and onboard them for tender participation.

Guide suppliers through registration and bid submission.

Monitor suppliers’ progress to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.

Gather and report supplier feedback to improve the tender process.

Requirements

Excellent English business communication skills (written & verbal).

Experience in B2B services, procurement, or electronic trading platforms is a plus.

Strong internet research skills and ability to find relevant supplier information.

Comfortable with telephone outreach to suppliers.

Benefits & Work Details

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Work Set up: Onsite – Jakarta (SCBD)

Salary range: IDR 18,000,000 – 20,000,000 for Manager level & IDR 25,000,000 – 27,000,000 for Head level

Working Device: Provided by company
