About the Role We are looking for an experienced

Tax Specialist

to manage the company’s tax compliance and reporting activities. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate tax reconciliation, timely tax reporting, and coordination with tax authorities and external consultants. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and experience managing corporate tax matters within a structured corporate environment.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in

Accounting

from a reputable university Minimum

5 years of experience in taxation

within a company or tax consulting firm Brevet A & B are mandatory , Brevet C is an advantage Strong understanding of

Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements Experience handling

VAT and withholding tax (Article 22, 23, 4(2)) Experience preparing

Corporate Income Tax (CIT)

reports Hands-on experience with

SAP system is required Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in

automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage Fluent in

English

Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue

monthly tax reconciliation reports

between General Ledger accounts and tax reporting (VAT, Article 22, 23, and 4(2)) Prepare and submit

monthly tax reporting

including VAT and withholding taxes Prepare and process

monthly tax payments

in accordance with tax regulations Prepare

Corporate Income Tax (CIT) reporting on a yearly basis Coordinate and communicate with

tax authorities for tax-related matters Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure company compliance Coordinate with

tax consultants regarding transfer pricing documentation Handle and support

tax audit processes and documentation
