Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in : Kota Wisata Gunung Putri Bandung Surabaya The Sales Engineer will actively engage with clients to provide technical guidance, present and promote company products, and ensure customer requirements are met. Responsibilities include offering technical support, preparing proposals, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and an understanding of technical concepts Proficiency in delivering Technical Support and addressing technical inquiries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams Experience in sales and customer service to build and maintain professional relationships Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or technical setting
