Qualifications Fluent written and spoken English Excellent communication skills and good phone etiquette Strong work ethic and team player Manage incoming enquiries for Villa booking by email or phone call Assist the client throughout the booking process and until guest check in to Villa Familiar with OTAS Passion for sales and customer service Well organized, attention to detail Computer Literate Flexible, able to work on shift, including weekends Have relevant background on Villa reservation at least 2 years Able to perform well and reliable without supervision
