Job Descriptions
Provide directions for all day-to-day operations.
Provides guidance & direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards & monitoring performance
Demonstrate new cooking techniques & equipment to staff.
Supervises & coordinates activities cooks & workers engaged in food preparation.
Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs & financial objectives are met.
