new business unit under Glad2Glow , a fast-growing personal care and beauty FMCG group that continues to expand its presence across multiple markets. Glad2Glow has built strong brand recognition in the beauty and personal care segment, supported by

solid infrastructure, strong distribution capabilities, and a high-performing commercial organization . As part of its next phase of growth, the company is establishing a

new business unit to accelerate offline expansion and strengthen market penetration across Indonesia.

Role Overview The

Area Sales Manager

will play a key role in

building and scaling the regional sales operations

for this new business unit, ensuring strong commercial performance and brand visibility within the assigned territory. This role requires a

strategic yet hands-on leader

who can balance sales execution, distributor management, and team development, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines

data-driven decision making with strong field leadership

in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sales performance, distribution coverage, and market execution across the assigned region. Drive offline channel expansion and strengthen visibility across

GT channels , ensuring sustainable sell-in and sell-out growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with

distributors, sub-distributors, and key trade partners

to achieve regional business targets. Collaborate closely with

trade marketing, finance, and supply chain teams

to ensure smooth operational execution. Provide accurate

sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights

to support strategic decision-making. Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team, ensuring route effectiveness, discipline, and productivity in the field. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and regional leadership to deliver consistent execution and business growth.

Requirements Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of experience in a managerial sales role within FMCG . Proven experience in

distributor management, field leadership, and route-to-market execution . Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills in

English and Bahasa Indonesia , both written and spoken. Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Highly adaptable and results-driven in

fast-paced FMCG environments . Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
