Inchcape is seeking an Admin Sales to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of Police Faktur, collecting delivery‑related documents, and maintaining accurate records to support sales and distribution operations.

What you’ll do

Process and monitor Police Faktur in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with company and regulatory requirements

Collect, verify, and organize delivery‑related documents (e.g., delivery orders, handover documents, invoices)

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date sales, delivery, and distribution records

Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and external parties to ensure smooth documentation flow

Follow up on missing or incomplete documents and resolve discrepancies promptly

Prepare routine reports related to sales administration and document status

Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) for audit and compliance purposes

Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required

About you

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role

Familiarity with Police Faktur processing and delivery documentation is preferred

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
