LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE（Chinese）

As a logistics coordinator at COLUMBUS LOGISTICS SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our freight forwarding business. Joining our team in Bandar Botanic, Selangor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Follow up on import and export shipments on a door-to-door basis to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Coordinate and monitor shipment progress, including booking, pickup, transportation, transshipment, and final delivery.

Prepare, check, and maintain import and export documentation such as Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL), Bill of Lading (BL), K1/K2 customs declaration forms, and other related documents.

Work closely with the operations team to plan and arrange pickup and delivery schedules.

Monitor customs clearance status and assist in resolving any operational or shipment-related issues.

Liaise with customers to provide shipment updates and handle inquiries in a timely manner.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar logistics coordinator role

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle time-sensitive situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams

Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools

Familiarity with freight forwarding processes, regulations, and industry best practices

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
