Responsibilities Learning & Growth: Identify training needs and coordinate technical or soft-skill workshops. Performance: Support the KPI/OKR cycle and facilitate professional feedback sessions. Culture: Execute initiatives that embed our core values (Fundamentals, Passion, Professional). Onboarding: Ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the BOSNET culture.

Requirements Minimum 2 year of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, or a related role Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Strong communication and basic data management (Excel/Google Sheets). Strong knowledge in Human Capital, Learning & Development. Willing to work from Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
