About The Role Manage the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, and evaluating team performance Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling team members, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate coverage Oversee inventory management, including ordering and replenishing cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment Monitor and control departmental expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines

Your Skills & Experiences Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree is an asset Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant position in 5 stars hotel experience is a must Prior pre-opening experience is highly desirable Always strives to ensure maximum comfort and excellent service, can professionally resolve comments and complaints.
