How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities: Review contract requirements and prepare Inspection Data Sheets (IDS), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and inspection procedures in line with project quality requirements. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers to define inspection criticality, scope, and inspection planning. Plan and assign inspection activities at supplier facilities, including inspector briefing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Organize Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM), manage inspection notifications, and coordinate with Clients and Third-Party Inspection Authorities (TPIA). Supervise inspection execution and ensure timely issuance and follow-up of inspection reports, NCRs, and punch lists until closure. Review Vendor Data Books and inspection documentation, ensuring proper archiving and compliance with project procedures. Monitor inspection agency performance, validate reports, and maintain inspection tracking systems and SAP data accuracy.

What are we looking for? Minimum CSWIP 3.1 certification (Inspection Technical Coordinator); COMP Ex 01–04 certification for E&I is required. Certified NDT Level II (UT/MT/PT) in accordance with ASNT standards (minimum requirement). NACE Level II certification is considered an advantage. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Quality Control/Inspection within EPC Oil & Gas projects (Welding, Piping, Steel Structure, Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical equipment). Strong knowledge of international standards such as ASME, API, ISO, ASTM, AWS, EN, and for E&I scope IEC and ANSI standards. Proficient in SAP and inspection documentation management systems. Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and communication skills with good time management. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
