Technical Support Coordinator

Provide first hand resolution to English 1 Staff inquiries on English 1 Systems submitted through Help Centre

Provide business systems support for all English 1 Kids & Teens Schools, including data collection, problem solving, systems training and testing.

Redirect or escalate problems to appropriate teams, such as product or engineering, when necessary.

Track and manage requests and issues, documenting resolutions in Jira and Salesforce.

Assess whether issues are covered in the existing knowledge base/training materials and, if not, create new documentation, video tutorial or request additional support material.

Maintain sales price and promotions in Salesforce.

Provide support on user account changes in Salesforce.

Provide monthly report on administrative and technical support requests.

Assist the department with other administrative tasks if necessary.

Requirements

Experience in a relevant role for at least 1 year.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, administration, accounting, or any related field.

Experience in administrative tasks (data recording, reporting, and distribution).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Adherence to all principles of confidentiality.

Ability to show initiative, good business judgment, and resourcefulness.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Proficient in Ms Office.
