Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist located in Bali, Indonesia. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer support. Day-to-day tasks include attending technical meetings, curating photos, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored services. The role also involves proactive communication to understand client needs and ensure seamless experiences.

Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport effectively Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Client Relations, and understanding client needs Proficiency in Customer Support and handling client inquiries or concerns Excellent Communication skills, with fluency in written and verbal English Attention to detail and organizational abilities Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic situations Experience in a client-facing role or in the service industry is a plus Familiarity with photography, videography, or wedding industries
