What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts

Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs

Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategic sales and marketing initiatives

Accurately track and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in an account management or key sales role, ideally within the aerospace industry

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand complex technical requirements

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities

Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business or engineering discipline
