We’re Looking For Someone Who Has at least 1 year of remote experience in e-commerce support or online sales Writes clear, confident, and persuasive English Is comfortable working inside Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar systems Thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment Can manage multiple conversations without sacrificing quality Takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
