Responsibilities
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality).
Estimate machining costs and prepare quotations.
Manage tooling and material procurement for projects.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for CNC-related requirements.
Provide technical support to production teams and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for CNC machining.
Select appropriate machining processes, tools, and fixtures.
Optimize CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy.
Establish machining parameters and validate processes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for machining operations.
Conduct PFMEA and risk assessments for machining processes.
Prepare and maintain project documentation (BOM, process sheets, reports).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in CNC machining and project management.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Understanding of quality tools (PFMEA, SPC, control plans).
