ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER - THE COACH RESTAURANT

Supports the overall operations of the restaurant by managing daily tasks, overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with financial and inventory management. Key responsibilities include scheduling staff, hiring and training new employees, handling customer complaints, maintaining health and safety standards, and monitoring food and supply inventory to control costs and ensure profitability. Operational and Financial Management

Open and close the restaurant, oversee service flow, and ensure the restaurant is running efficiently. Assist with budgeting, cash handling, processing payroll, tracking sales, and balancing cash registers. Monitor stock levels, place orders for food and supplies, negotiate with vendors, and manage invoices. Staff and Customer Management

Schedule shifts, train and mentor employees, conduct performance reviews, and resolve staff conflicts. Handle customer complaints, maintain high service standards, and ensure a positive dining experience. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members. Quality and Compliance

Enforce food safety and sanitation procedures, and ensure all staff adhere to health and safety regulations. Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation and presentation.
