Human Resources Specialist

with strong organizational and people management skills to handle payroll, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the education or consultancy industry. Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is a big plus, though English-only candidates will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance management. Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires. Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation. Assist in implementing HR policies and improving internal processes. Collaborate with management to foster a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture

Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Strong understanding of payroll, employee relations, and HR administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin highly preferred. Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM tools is an advantage. Prior experience in the education sector is a strong plus. Self-driven, ambitious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
