About Our Client
Our client is a leading multinational organization establishing a Shared Service Centre in Jakarta to drive operational excellence and deliver world-class finance services.
Job Description
Lead and manage the OTC team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the OTC function.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with global policies and local regulations.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Support transition activities and knowledge transfer as part of the Shared Service Centre setup.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, or related finance operations.
Prior experience in a Shared Service Centre or multinational environment is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Open to candidates from Big 4 external audit backgrounds
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office tools.
