Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Overseas Educational Consultant, located in Denpasar. The Consultant will provide guidance and support to students regarding study destinations, university selection, and application processes.

Consulting with students and families

Offering tailored advice

Preparing required application documents

Coordinating with international education institutions

Assisting with visa applications

Managing inquiries and delivering excellent customer service

Ensuring students are well‑prepared for their educational journey abroad

Qualifications

Skills in educational consulting and understanding in the field of education to provide professional advice and guidance

Proficiency in consulting and identifying tailored solutions for students at different stages of their academic journey

Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and educational institutions

Excellent customer service skills to assist and support clients through various steps of the education process

Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple student cases efficiently

Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus

Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes is highly preferred
