Asst. Manager Cost Accounting

Overview Create a report or recapitulation of the realization of Working Hours and Machine Production Hours at each stage of the production process, use of raw materials and packaging, and finished products produced per Process Order.

Responsibilities

Analyze the variance that occurs in each Order process compared to the standard.

Control the status of each order process before the closing period.

Make inventory reports for raw materials, packaging, WIP and finished goods, including reports on the use of raw materials and packaging.

Create a COGS report per product and carry out analysis if there are significant deviations from the budget/standards set.

Make purchasing price trend reports, average prices of raw materials and packaging, and compare them with budget or standard prices.

Create reports or other tasks if necessary.

Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual stock taking.

Assist in preparing the company’s annual budget.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Have 2–3 years of experience in Cost Accounting/public accounting handling manufacturing.

Able to work both in a team and independently.

Detail‑oriented, highly accountable, good communication and attitude.

Placement according to domicile (Wonoayu, Sidoarjo).

Additional Information

Working hours: Monday to Friday (08.00–16.30), Saturday (08.00–14.00).
