Job Description
Business Development Executive - Cirebon
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Cirebon & Northern West Java area.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry trend analysis to support business expansion strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and external stakeholders.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and conduct cooperation negotiations with potential clients.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to implement new business programs.
Achieve branch growth and revenue targets according to the established plan.
Report business activities and achievement progress regularly to the supervisor.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and business networking activities to strengthen company branding.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Strong communication skill with excellent spoken and written in English (Mandarin or other language will be a plus)
Good influencer & negotiator with attractive appearance
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive relevant role, dealing with corporate / B2B or a Management Trainee graduate
Fast learner and passion for sales, high-achiever person, have a great network at area selected
Proven ability to analyze market and customers, to identify areas of improvement and predict future potential business
