Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in Architecture, a strong strategic focus, team leadership skills, and a vision for growth. This role will be responsible for consolidating and expanding our BIM service offering, leading both the technical team and relationships with our key clients.
This position combines technical management, personnel management, business development, and innovation, with a focus on results, scalability, and market positioning.
Challenges:
Lead the Architecture business unit by defining its strategy, structure, processes, and objectives.
Manage and develop the team of architecture specialists (coordinators, modelers, consultants), fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring quality, profitability, and adherence to deadlines, through project leaders.
Identify business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team on proposals, tenders, and key account expansion.
Represent the company to strategic clients and participate in key decision-making within the area. Establish and implement BIM technical standards, workflows, methodologies, and tools.
Promote technological innovation and process automation within the area.
Measure and optimize unit performance (financial, operational, and quality KPIs).
Requirements:
University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Innovation, or Technology.
Advanced English.
Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows (Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, ACC, Dynamo, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of international BIM standards (ISO 19650, LOD, BEP, IFC).
Familiarity with business and financial management tools.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM or BIM coordination, with at least 2 years in team leadership or technical management roles. Previous experience in consulting, construction, design, or technology companies within the AEC sector.
Proven ability to lead teams, define strategies, and manage units with a business-oriented approach.
