General Qualification Proven experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5 star hotel (minimum 2-5 years, depending on the position) Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills Target driven with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction and service excellence Experienced wedding sales professional across several 4 and 5 star hotels Hands on operational capabilities combined with strategic thinking Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Referable to speak more than one language Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization Able to perform under pressure in a fast paced, service focused environment Valid driver’s license and ability to operate hotel vehicles safety and responsibly
