Luxury Watch Division – Indo Watch Collection & Visiotime
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Marketing Officer to lead the marketing strategy and brand positioning for two luxury watch platforms: Indo Watch Collection and Visiotime.
This role is designed for a strategic marketer with a deep appreciation for luxury branding, storytelling, and collector culture, capable of shaping the market presence of prestigious timepieces across both high luxury and accessible luxury segments.
Indo Watch Collection represents our high luxury timepiece portfolio, specializing in elite watchmaking brands such as Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and high-end Rolex references, serving serious collectors and high-net-worth clients.
Visiotime, on the other hand, focuses on the entry-level luxury watch segment, offering sought-after brands such as Tudor, Panerai, Omega, Cartier, and selected Rolex models, catering to emerging collectors and professionals entering the luxury watch space.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining how these two brands communicate, attract collectors, and grow their market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall marketing strategy for both Indo Watch Collection and Visiotime across digital and offline channels
Develop distinct brand positioning and storytelling strategies for both high luxury and entry-level luxury segments
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, digital activations, and collector-focused initiatives
Analyze market trends, collector demand, and watch market dynamics to identify priority products and promotional focus
Oversee the performance and direction of social media, website presence, and digital marketing initiatives
Work closely with content creators, sales teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand communication
Track campaign performance and deliver insight-driven marketing reports
Ensure all marketing activities reflect the standards, exclusivity, and refinement expected of luxury watch brands
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury, premium lifestyle, watches, jewelry, or high-end retail
Strong understanding of luxury consumer psychology and brand positioning
Proven ability to design and execute strategic marketing campaigns independently
Deep interest in luxury watches, horology, or collector culture is a strong advantage
Highly strategic yet execution-oriented
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
