Senior Account Executive

Degree in Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology is prefered. Minimum 2 years of experience as account executive, preferably in B2B environment. Possess collaborative mindset Fluent in Indonesia and English language Passionate to travel Domiciled in Makassar. Job Description : Conduct regular visits to prospective and existing customers to establish, grow, and maintain strong business relationships. Deliver product presentations and explanations to customers. Prepare customer visit reports. Perform routine follow-ups on the price quotations provided to customers. Receive customer orders and prepare Sales Order Confirmations (SOC) to be verified by the office administration team. Coordinate special delivery requests with the administration team. Receive and provide solutions to customer complaints. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys according to the schedule set by the Account Manager.
