JOIN OUR TEAM AS A DIES & MOLD MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR! We are looking for an experienced Dies Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee our tooling maintenance operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will supervise the maintenance team, ensure the optimal condition of dies and support smooth production processes through effective preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and tooling improvements. You will play a key role in maintaining tooling reliability by coordinating repair activities, analyzing tooling issues, and collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure high product quality and efficient manufacturing operations. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dies maintenance team Plan and control preventive maintenance schedules for dies Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for tooling issues during production Oversee repair, modification, and improvement activities for dies Ensure dies are in optimal condition before being used in production Analyze product defects related to tooling condition Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve tooling-related issues Supervise trial processes for new dies before mass production JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in dies maintenance Proven experience in leading or supervising tooling maintenance teams Strong understanding of stamping dies Skilled in troubleshooting tooling issues Strong analytical skills in identifying product defects related to dies Experience in dies modification and improvement projects Experience in conducting tooling trials for new dies or molds Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or preventive maintenance systems
