IDEMU Sales Manager

Responsibilities Ensure the achievement of sales, revenue, and profit targets set for IDEMU team.

Ensure the implementation of established sales strategies by developing necessary action steps.

Regularly analyze sales activity in each showroom and determine solutions to any problems that arise.

Manage operational activities in the work unit to ensure customer service is delivered according to established standards and work processes.

Regularly analyze work processes and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Experience in furniture, interior, or civil industry is highly preferred.

Proven track record in achieving sales, revenue, and profit targets at area or multi-showroom level.

Strong ability to translate sales strategy into clear action plans and measurable targets.

Experienced in showroom performance analysis, sales forecasting, and problem‑solving.

Strong operational management skills to ensure service standards and SOP compliance.

Demonstrated leadership skills in managing, coaching, and motivating sales teams.

Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.

Good understanding of customer service excellence and retail best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and sales reporting systems.

Willing to travel between showrooms as required.
