Your Role As Real Estate Sales Agent Middle East, you will be responsible for building relationships with investors from the Gulf region and guiding them through the full investment journey from the first conversation to closing the deal.

You understand the mindset of international investors and know how to build trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage investor relationships in the Middle East

Qualify leads and conduct investment consultations

Present Azuma investment opportunities to HNW investors

Guide investors through the full investment process

Organize investor meetings and virtual presentations

Negotiate and close investment deals

Maintain pipeline and client communication in CRM

What We’re Looking For

Experience in real estate investment sales, wealth management, or luxury sales

Strong network or experience in the Middle East investor market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals

Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)

Entrepreneurial mindset and strong closing ability

What We Offer

Base salary USD 1,500 per month

3% commission on every closed investment deal
