ON SITE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Leadership Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services. Maintain a visible and active presence throughout the property. Lead with a hands-on operational approach, stepping in to support teams during peak periods or operational gaps. Ensure seamless coordination between departments. Uphold 5-star service standards and ensure consistent guest satisfaction. Ensure full compliance with Italian regulations, health & safety requirements, and company policies. Financial & Commercial Performance Deliver annual budget targets and maintain strict cost control. Monitor and drive key performance indicators including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and GOP. Identify revenue optimisation opportunities across rooms and ancillary services. Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and performance updates for ownership and corporate office. Manage procurement and supplier relationships effectively. Guest Experience & Quality Excellence Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all guest touchpoints. Personally engage with guests to build loyalty and maintain high satisfaction levels. Monitor and manage online reputation and review platforms. Drive continuous service improvement and quality control processes. Team Leadership & Culture Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing boutique hotel team. Lead daily briefings and foster accountability across all departments. Create a culture of ownership, professionalism, and service excellence. Asset & Property Management Ensure the property is maintained to luxury boutique standards. Oversee preventative maintenance planning and minor CAPEX projects. Protect the aesthetic integrity and operational functionality of the hotel. Liaise with ownership on improvement initiatives and strategic direction.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in hotel operations. • Current Operations Manager ready to step up, or Hotel Manager in a boutique/resort environment. • Experience in lakeside, alpine, or destination-driven properties preferred. • Strong financial acumen and cost management skills. • Fluent in Italian and English. • Strong understanding of Italian hospitality regulations and labour framework. • Proven ability to operate effectively in a small-property, lean-team environment.
