Site Project Assistant Manager

Lead, supervise, and oversee overall project execution to ensure all works are delivered in full compliance with approved specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards. Monitor and evaluate project progress in close coordination with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) Consultant to ensure alignment with timelines and budget targets. Establish and maintain effective coordination with contractors, consultants, construction professionals, and relevant external stakeholders, including the surrounding community. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and proper implementation of construction drawings, including thorough review and approval of shop drawings. Enforce and maintain strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and company safety policies across all project activities. Prepare and submit comprehensive periodic reports detailing project status, progress updates, risk assessments, and key milestones. Ensure all construction activities are executed in accordance with established procedures, technical standards, and regulatory requirements to achieve targeted quality objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Ast. Site Manager role. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in

high-rise building construction projects. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
