Accounting & Tax

Accounting & Tax We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting & Tax Staff to support day-to-day accounting operations and tax compliance for a group of companies. You will handle month-end closing support, management reporting, and monthly/annual tax filings, while collaborating cross-functionally. This role requires fluent English for daily communication and documentation.

Responsibilities: Record daily transactions (AP/AR, bank, petty cash) and ensure accurate entries in the accounting system. Support month-end closing activities including journals, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules. Prepare management accounts for the group of companies and support internal reporting requirements. Prepare and file monthly tax reports including WHT Article 21, 23, 4(2), 26, and VAT and annual tax compliance including Corporate Income Tax (CIT). Maintain tax documentation and ensure filing completeness for audit readiness. Support Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation preparation by compiling intercompany transaction data, agreements, and supporting schedules, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Tax, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in accounting/tax roles, preferably in a SaaS, digital, or cross-border business environment. Working knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance, including monthly filings for WHT Article 21, 23, 4(2), 26, VAT, and annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT). Basic understanding of intercompany transactions and willingness to support Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation and audit-ready data compilation. Fluent English (spoken/written) because you will work with a global team. Solid accounting fundamentals (debits/credits, accruals, reconciliations). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (SUMIF(S), VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Experienced with Xero (daily posting, reconciliations, month-end). Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements. Strong analytical/problem-solving/organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines; able to work independently and in a team. Experience supporting audit processes and tax reviews. Nice to Have: Brevet A & B certification.
