Salesforce Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions within our organization. As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, ensuring scalability, and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices including Sales, Service and Commerce Clouds, extensive experience in designing complex solutions, and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture. Collaborate with existing architects to design solutions that meet business requirements. Develop scalable and high-performance solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform. Support overall system governance and adhere to best practices. Development Guidance Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and offer mentorship to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure technical solutions comply with Salesforce (SFDC) structure and standards. Governance and Compliance Ensure that technical solutions comply with Salesforce architecture standards and industry best practices. Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment. Integration Expertise Demonstrate a strong understanding of integration best practices. Define and implement integration strategies with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Training and Knowledge Sharing Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to empower team members with the latest Salesforce capabilities. Stay informed about emerging trends in Salesforce and related technologies.

Qualifications

B. S. in Computer Science or an equivalent degree. At least 5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a successful track record of designing and delivering complex solutions. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including declarative features and programmatic capabilities. Strong development skills with proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies. In-depth knowledge and experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external systems. Practical experience in designing and implementing SFDC extensions and changes. Familiarity with eCommerce, Service, and Experience Sites in the Salesforce ecosystem. Ability to ensure technical solutions comply with SFDC structure and standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect, are a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
