Job Description

Support the implementation and consistency of clinic systems, procedures, service standards, and service flows to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Ensure tangible and intangible service standards are properly executed across all service touchpoints and available resources in the assigned area. Facilitate understanding and application of clinical service standards among service staff and relevant departments to ensure aligned service delivery. Monitor daily clinic operations to ensure optimal performance and achievement of established service targets. Ensure customer complaints are handled promptly, effectively, and thoroughly, with proper follow-up and resolution. Prepare accurate and timely reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty metrics. Support the execution of customer satisfaction surveys and internal monitoring systems in accordance with the annual plan and timeline. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. GPA min 3.00 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service operations, customer experience, or clinic/hospital operations. Strong understanding of service standards implementation and customer satisfaction measurement. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret service performance data. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
