Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with Head Office (HO) Logistics team regarding planning and shipment information for imported goods to Merauke.
Supervise Regional Office (RO) Logistics team to ensure shipment processes are efficient, accurate, and on schedule.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze monitoring reports on the shipment and receipt of imported goods.
Provide recommendations and improvement initiatives to management to enhance logistics efficiency and shipment effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Bachelorโs degree (S1) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling import processes and logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of import procedures, including customs clearance, red line handling, HS Code, and related regulations.
Proven experience in managing project cargo shipments and other imported goods.
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills with strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
Ability to work effectively under tight schedules and highโpressure environments.
