Responsibilities Handle all correspondence and organize contacts for the sales team. Data entry tasks for the sales team – maintaining and updating of customer records. Prepare proposals and agreements. Assist with reports for the department. Assist with coordinating with Reservation teams on site and familiar with trips, site inspections when required. Conduct tele-sales activities. Other ad-hoc duties, such as assisting with travel functions, business functions.

Requirements Minimum 1 year working experience within customer service and/or sales administration, preferably in the hospitality industry. Diploma in any discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills. Team player who is self-starter, able to work independently with minimum supervision. People oriented and results driven. Ability to think innovatively in developing and implementing solutions. Meticulous with high degree of initiatives and resourcefulness.
