A bachelor's degree from a renowned university in engineering, industrial management, agricultural, or a related discipline Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the quality management roles, with at least minimum of 5 years of experience in animal feed manufacturing Experience in quality assurance, food safety, food production, auditing, regulatory, or a similar field Ability to produce SOPs and quality parameter forms. Strong team building, decision-making, and people-management skills Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety plans such as HACCP and GMP compliance Excellent leadership and communication skills Able to communicate with all levels in the plant
