Building Engineering Manager

Supervise and be responsible for the performance of all departmental staff

Responsible for the operation of the building with all its systems and ensure it runs well

Handling tenant complaints related to building equipment and facilities

Controlling the readiness & maintenance of building machinery & electrical systems, generators, lift

Ensure and consistently implement building management plans and regulations

Job Requirement

Minimum education S1 Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering

Minimum 5 years experience in the same field Management / managing commercial buildings

Able to work individually or in a team

Have strong analytical thinking

Self motivated and customer service oriented.
