Analyze potential areas for New Store / Outlet Expansion and reporting data

Negotiate the lease price with Landlord and Mall Management

Establish communication with property agents, government, land owners and other related parties

What you need:

Bachelor degree of any major with minimum GPA 3.00

Have a negotiation, market research analysis, decision making, and communication skill

Have an experience in F & B industries is a plus

Have an experience as a Expansion Location Spv or Site Acquisition
