Job Description
Banking Services Associate Program is a 12‑month accelerated development program for young talents who want to build a strong career foundation in banking. The program blends in‑class learning, on‑the‑job training and mentorship from subject‑matter experts. The trainee will develop core banking front‑liner capabilities: transaction precision, customer experience excellence, digital banking advocacy and strong customer engagement, as well as the personal skills essential for a career in banking.
Responsibilities
Participate in classroom and in‑house training sessions.
Assist front‑line staff with daily banking operations.
Deliver excellent customer service and advocate digital banking solutions.
Engage with customers to enhance their banking experience.
Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
Fresh graduate or ≤ 2 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for the service industry and a strong customer‑centric mindset.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Desire to build a career in banking services and sales.
Active in organizations is a plus.
Willingness for nationwide placement across Indonesia.
