Paint & Coating company . Currently, they are looking for a

Sales Marketing Assistant Manager .

Job Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer/distributor networks.

Support annual sales planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.

Drive monthly and quarterly sales target achievement.

Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors; implement corrective actions.

Manage relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, retailers, and industrial customers.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project agreements to ensure long-term partnerships.

Supervise and coach internal team; conduct field visits and joint customer meetings.

Ensure accurate CRM reporting and sales documentation.

Coordinate with marketing on branding, promotions, events, and product launches.

Prepare sales and forecast reports; monitor receivables and control pricing/discounts.

Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

3 years of experience as Sales Marketing Assistant Manager handling Resin products from any Chemical Manufacture.

Business English proficiency.
