Large 5-Star Seminyak Hotel Responsibilities The Hotel Manager represents both Luxso and the Hotel Owner Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth guest experiences Lead, train, and motivate a large team Manage all areas of a 5-star full-service hotel

Qualifications GM-level or senior hotel operations leader experienced in 5-star properties Strong leadership to manage and hold Department Heads accountable Record of operational and service quality improvements, and cost control Experience overseeing F&B, recreation, and wellness operations Strong understanding of housekeeping, engineering, and FO workflows Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and commitment to guest satisfaction
