Job Description
We are looking for a driven and consultative
Sales Executive – EOR & Payroll Solutions
to acquire and manage B2B clients. The role focuses on selling
Employer of Record (EOR), global payroll, and workforce compliance solutions
to startups, SMEs, and enterprises expanding their workforce domestically or internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients for
EOR, payroll, and compliance solutions
Understand client workforce needs and recommend appropriate EOR/payroll models
Own the
end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, founders, finance, and compliance teams
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through solution-based selling
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools
Stay updated on labor laws, payroll regulations, and global hiring trends
Strong
B2B sales and negotiation skills
Excellent
business communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand complex HR, payroll, and compliance concepts
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
High ownership, target orientation, and resilience
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Strong understanding and proven experience into EMEA, US, LATAM, MENA markets
Preferred Background
Experience or exposure to:
Employer of Record (EOR)
Global or domestic payroll solutions
HR tech, staffing, SaaS, or compliance solutions
Prior B2B sales, inside sales, or solution-selling experience is an advantage
