Job Description
What Will You Do:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and lead-generation activities. Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the enterprise software. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
Client Needs Analysis: Understand the unique requirements and challenges of potential clients. Conduct needs assessments to determine how the software can address and solve client issues.
Proposal Development: Create and present proposals that outline the software solution, pricing, and terms. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.
Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize contract terms, pricing, and other relevant details. Address objections and concerns raised by clients during the negotiation process.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Act as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure customer satisfaction. Set and achieve sales targets and quotas within specified timeframes. Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Use market intelligence to position the software effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking the progress of leads through the sales process. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to organize and manage customer interactions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach. Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Customer Training and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the software. Provide training and support to clients as needed.
