Job Description

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties of each team member.

Responsible for developing and implementing all functions of Human Resources including Recruitment, Compensation Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management.

Monitor internal HR databases and make sure all data is updated.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Provide insight and stay up-to-date on relevant industry trends and employment legislations to ensure organization compliance.

Oversees employee disciplinary, terminations, and investigations.

Assist with managing of a positive and value aligned employee Culture.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

2 year(s) proven working experience as Human Resource

In-depth knowledge of Recruitment, Performance Management, People Development, Organizational Development, Labor Law and other HR best practices

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Must be the best at what they do and go the extra mile, needs to be flexible, to provide top quality services.
