Requirements Diploma degree from a culinary school, hotel and restaurant management or equivalent A minimum of two years of experience as an executive sous chef or in a similar position at a five-star property or restaurant Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards, HACCP policies, and procedures Experience in Western, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine Proficient knowledge of food costing, profit and loss management, and expense forecasting Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer skills.
